Terms & Conditions 

1. Booking and payment:

 

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Facilitators are required to specify the event or retreat.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking to secure your reservation.

  • Full payment is due prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made after the full payment has been received will result in a 50% refund.

  • 3. Accommodation and facilities

  • Guests/facilitators are responsible for maintaining the cleaniness and condition of their accommodation and the facilities during their stay.

4. Activities and facilities 

  • Participation in activities and use of facilities are at the guest's own risk. 

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel activities due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control. 

5. Liability 

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay. 

  • Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information for the purpose of processing bookings and providing services to our guests. 

  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the guest's consent.
